Our team boasts extensive expertise in urban planning and land management. We have successfully developed urban planning documentation across various levels, including pilot projects for comprehensive spatial development plans and their components for 45 territorial communities. Our experience spans the creation of national-level documents, such as the General Spatial Planning Scheme of Ukraine; regional-level documents, including the Kyiv Region Spatial Planning Scheme; and local-level projects, such as community spatial planning schemes, comprehensive plans, master plans for settlements, and detailed territorial plans.
Notably, we pioneered Ukraine’s first Comprehensive Spatial Development Plans, a groundbreaking type of urban planning document, for Roganska Hromada and Chernivtsi. In collaboration with the Ministry of Regional Development, we also developed methodological recommendations for preparing these comprehensive plans, setting a national standard for their implementation.
Beyond urban planning, our expertise extends to land valuation and policy. We contributed to the development of the “Land Valuation Standard: Rules for Developing Technical Documentation for the Normative Monetary Valuation of Land in Settlements.” Our team has conducted normative monetary valuations for 57 settlements, determined land tax rates across various regions of Ukraine, and even published the brochure “How Much Does Land Cost in Ukraine” in the United States.
